Leading Emmy®-nominated Irish tenor and the voice of Riverdance on Broadway, Michael Londra, began hosting guests on guided tours of Ireland nearly a decade ago. During a live performance, his audience proposed that he should organize a tour to share the beauty of his homeland. This idea led to the creation of Ireland with Michael, a new travel and music series that debuted on Public Broadcasting stations across the United States and Canada in
May 2021.

The live concert version of Ireland with Michael adds a multimedia dimension to the show with a backdrop that incorporates drone footage of Ireland and excerpts from the PBS series, including a five-piece band, world champion dancers and featuring the ethereal voice of Michael Londra. As the award-winning Irish tenor likes to say “I love to show guests my Ireland, the only way I know how, through music.”
